  • How do I book a room

    For the 2015/16 academic calendar;

    Just click on the ‘Book A Room’ link on our website and complete the online application form to reserve a room at Hult Tower & Studios.

    You will be required to pay a GBP350 Booking Fee to secure a room. This amount will be included in your eventual deposit payment.

  • When do I find out my room number?

    Your floor, apartment and/or room number will be given to you upon check-in at Hult Tower & Studios.

  • What is my contract's start date?

    For September 2016 – Our move-in date will be Saturday, September 3rd.

  • Do I have to pay a Security Deposit?

    We require a one-month Security Deposit from all of our Residents.

    To secure your room, a 350 GBP Booking Fee is required. This will be absorbed into part of a one-month Security Deposit which is refundable at the end of your tenancy, less any charges for damages, rent or other charges due. The Booking Fee is non-refundable if you decide to cancel.

  • What are my payment terms?

    Your deposit and all license fees for the full term of the license must be paid prior to moving into Hult Tower & Studios. We will issue you a 7-day invoice for payment following completion of your Licence To Occupy.

  • What payment types are accepted?

    You may pay your Holding Deposit via a credit card payment through the Book a Room page. Upon completion of your License To Occupy you will be issued a 7-day invoice for your full license fee and balance of the refundable deposit.

    This payment can be made via a bank transfer or credit card. Full details to complete this transaction will be included in the invoice.

  • Do I have to pay Council Tax?

    A student is exempt from Council Tax if they are considered to be doing a full time course of education. A full time course of education is typically defined as one which requires on average at least 21 hours of study a week and 24 weeks of attendance each year, but it may be less if your college or university defines your course as being full-time.

  • Can I sublet my room?

    Unfortunately, you cannot sublet your room at Hult Tower & Studios to a 3rd party.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    The Holding Deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel prior to completing your booking.

    Our full cancellation policy can be provided upon request.
